Apispólen® is produced with dehydrated bee pollen. It is a highly nutritive product, containing all essential amino acids, fiber, and vitamins such as B6, B3, among others.
Because it contains a high protein content and virtually all the vitamins, bee pollen is considered a perfect stabilizer of the body’s organic balance, in addition to helping increase the production of hemoglobin (against anemia), favoring the development of muscle mass, acting in the prevention and treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy, among other benefits.
Thus, it is indicated as a protein and vitamin supplement, being ideal for vegetarians, athletes, people with anemia and rickets. It also helps in increasing intestinal motility by acting against constipation.

Pollen, also known as microspore, is the reproductive structure of plants, located in the flowers anthers, being responsible for producing and transporting the male gamete. Bee pollen, on the other hand, is the result of the agglutination of flower pollen collected by worker bees, which receives small amounts of nectar and salivary substances from Apis mellifera bees.
As with other bee products, its composition may vary according to environmental conditions, plant source, location and season of the year. However, in general terms, bee pollen is rich in nutrients such as enzymes, essential oils, vitamins, minerals, proteins and plant fibers.
Moreover, bee pollen is the only natural food that contains the 22 amino acids essential for human health. It also has almost all vitamins, being particularly rich in carotenes (vitamin A) and rutin (vitamin P).
It is also a source of oligominerals, chemical elements (titanium, nickel, cobalt, silicon, etc.) that the human body needs in small amounts and that are not found in most food products.
